Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient medicine in which fine needles are inserted into different areas of the body to signals the nervous system and the brain to release endorphins (our feel- good hormones) which aid in pain relief and increase circulation to that area.
This simple action triggers the beginning of natural healing and returning the energies of your body to a balanced state.

Acupuncture is also a great preventative health measure. Remember, increased blood flow means your body is better able to heal itself, and will increase your immune system response, helping you better fight off and prevent disease.
Generally, it should not hurt but It is a possibility that specific regions such as your hands and feet, may be more sensitive than others, because they have more touch sensitivity.
Keep in mind, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. Please do not hesitate to let us know if something is keeping you from resting comfortably. ٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ
When it comes to acupuncture, it has accumulating effects which means.. the more you come, the better things get! ٩(^◡^)۶
But it also depends on the individual, what we’re treating, how long the issues have been happening for and how serious it is.
For acute conditions, it is preferable to come in for more frequents treatments in the first 1 – 2 weeks
For chronic conditions, treatments are spread out over a longer duration
For maintenance, it is recommended to perform treatment once a month.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing
- Avoid empty stomach: Having acupuncture on an empty stomach could make you feel lightheaded or fatigued afterward, so it is best to have something light to eat a few hours before your treatment.
- Avoid heavy meals: A heavy meal before acupuncture can make you feel uncomfortable and bloated. Stick to light, healthy snacks like fruit or nuts.
- Take it easy after treatment: Avoid strenuous exercise or stressful activities for a few hours after acupuncture. Your body needs time to rest and heal. Also remember to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy, well balanced meal following treatment.
The duration of the benefits of acupuncture can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the condition being treated, the individual’s response to treatment, and the frequency of acupuncture sessions.
Generally speaking, the benefits of acupuncture can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks after a treatment session.
For acute conditions, the benefits of acupuncture may be felt immediately and last for several days. Chronic conditions may require ongoing acupuncture treatments over a longer period of time to achieve significant and long-lasting benefits.
It is recommended to initially have a series of treatments close together, such as once or twice a week, and then taper off to less frequent sessions as the individual experience’s improvement.
It’s important to note that while acupuncture can be a highly effective treatment for many conditions, it is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The benefits and duration of acupuncture treatment can vary from person to person.

A major feature of cosmetic acupuncture is that the needles are applied directly to create microscopic wounds in the subcutaneous tissue. In the process of repairing and regenerating this wound, the production of collagen and elastin in dermal cells is promoted, improving the skin tissue. It is a natural beauty method that maximizes the “natural healing power” that people have and strengthens the power to become beautiful from within ♡(◕ᗜ◕✿).
In addition, the decrease in blood flow due to the stiffness of the facial muscles and trapezius muscles cause waste products to become stagnant and cause skin problems. By applying acupuncture to this muscle stiffness, blood flow is improved, increased discharged of waste products, cells are activated, and metabolism is increased.
We recommend clean skin for treatment. Facial cleanser, make-up wipes are also provided at the clinic for you to use. If you need to touch up your make-up, please bring your own cosmetics.
The needles we use for the face are much thinner than needles used for the body, everyone’s experience is different, a mild sensation might be felt but overall it shouldn’t hurt.
Like most acupuncture treatments, results of cosmetic rejuvenation treatments are cumulative.
A typical treatment plan includes 6-12 treatments.
This will depend on age, lifestyle and goals.
As a pace, we recommend treatment once a week for general establishment
For maintenance, it may be possible to perform treatment once a month.
Some regions of the body are more delicate than others. Where the skin is thinner, there is less fat, so bleeding can happen.
Also, if the nutritional status of the blood vessels is poor, the blood vessels themselves become fragile and weak. Therefore, temporary mild bruising may occur
We take the utmost care when performing the treatment, but please understand that it is difficult to perform the treatment without causing any bleeding.
We recommend that you avoid
- Excessive exercise
- Excessive alcohol intake
- Hot / long baths.
And you should
